Our Founder, Miranda Ochocki

Beyond Social is lead by Miranda Ochocki. Miranda’s diverse employment history has provided her with a unique understanding of marketing in many industries. For larger projects, though, Beyond Social will partner with local businesses to get the job done.

Miranda has a passion for helping others succeed. Throughout the years, she has taken on many roles in the organizations she worked for to promote and lead the business.

That is how Beyond Social was born. Miranda has spent years helping one business at a time, but she’s ready to help more. Whether it is communications consulting, photography, or social media, Miranda’s passion it to help you take your communications plans further.

Miranda’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance, with a minor in Communication Studies and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She has 14 years of marketing and photography experience and has worked in higher education, for-profit, and nonprofit organizations, including executive leadership. Miranda is graduate of EmBe Women’s Leadership Program and Leadership Sioux Falls. She also actively engages in professional development conferences and organizations, including Leadercast, Global Leadership Summit, and SME Sioux Falls. She also is a community volunteer. Miranda lives in Sioux Falls with her husband, Jordan, and son, Caleb. Jordan and Miranda serve as co-worship leaders of the band Morning Star at St. Michael Parish.

And don’t let the last name scare you! It is pronounced O-Husky. But she’ll never be offended if you don’t say it right or don’t say it at all.
